Shukhov’s heritage in the Nizhniy Novgorod region. The work of the section of the international scientific-industrial forum “Great Rivers’2005” / ICEF “The preservation of cultural heritage in the basins of great rivers” in Nizhniy Novgorod ended with a “round table” under the name of “The phenomenon of engineer Vladimir Shukhov”.

The work of the forum’s section was headed by the Professor of the UNESCO sub-faculty of the Nizhniy Novgorod architectural-construction University Tatjana Pavlovna Vinogradova. The reports were made by the well-known scientists and specialist. The following people were among them:
— Doctor Rainer Graefe, Professor, Director of the Institute of the constructional history and the protection of architectural memorials within the University of Innsbruck (Austria), the leading European specialist on the heritage of V.G. Shukhov;
